The Bio Gas Solution

It's a double edged solution to face the garbage issue. As the name indicates, Bio-Gas is generated from biodegradable waste like vegetables, fruits, food waste, fecal matters of animals and human beings etc. A Bio-Gas plant helps us to effectively process biodegradable waste and generate cooking gas and Bio-Mannure.

Bio - Gas plants play a significant role in creating a healthy world without garbage menanaces.Setting up of GGI garbage processing plants will prevent the spreading of epidermics like SARS, Dengue fever, rat fever, Jaundice etc. Our special design helps to prevent mosquito breeding in the waste collected in the tank.

GGI has constructed  large and medium BGPs for Industries, Institutions, in and across Kerala and also in other states in India. It proves our ability to discard the waste at source & is therefore cost effective. The metahne gas generated on a daily basis serves the energy requirements to a large extent and it reduces expenses on energy needs.

BGPs  can be contructed in various capacities according to the need and space available. GGI BGPs are designed in such a way to ensure a long lasting performance.

Domestic Bio Digester
GGI has developed Domestic  Bio Digester (DBD) for appartments and villas to process a maximum of 6 Kgs of kitchen and food waste. This DBD is portable and can be used anywhere.

Bio Power
Electric power can be generated from BGPs having a capacity of 50 Meter Cube  and above. 

Bio Manure
The slury from the BGPs are highly effective organic manure and its usage will increase  the fertility of soil.
